"the analog way" (shortly taw) is a project born from the desire to step away from the digital world and rediscover the joy of creating something offscreen and handcrafted. The meaning is twofold: on the one hand, it refers to working in an analog (non-digital) way; on the other hand, it suggests something continuous — a creative process that is not limited to a specific moment in time, but rather something slow, steady, and enduring.
My main visual medium is linocut printing, alongside experiments with other techniques, including analog photography.
I make linoprints inspired by iconic pieces of art, architecture, and design history, but I also create prints based on a variety of other themes such as literature, travel experiences, folk culture, and the natural world.
